Product Summary

The BMV2 heated display case with bain-marie is mainly used in communities, convenience stores and buffets.

The BMV2 heated display case combines the heating of thewater bath in the lower part with that of the halogen lamp in the upper part. It keeps dishes with sauces, vegetables, rice, soups and other side dishes warm (90°C) while respecting hygiene standards.

The BMV2 water bath display case is fully panoramic thanks to the curved glass at the front, the glass side walls and the removable sliding plexiglass doors at the back. It can accept 2 GN 1/1 containers up to a maximum height of 100mm.

The coil is fixed underneath the tank to prevent limescale deposits. Heat transfer is optimized by an aluminum plate system. The complete emptying of the stainless steel tank is carried out by an all-stainless steel tap.
