Product Summary

The high capacity electric fryer RFE 16 C allows to control accurately the consumption of oil and energy. The heating box is thus equipped with a modular heating element to adjust the power mode according to the use:

- The maximum power (12kW) to guarantee a fast temperature rise. It is recommended for the frying of frozen food such as French fries, breaded fish, chicken nuggets etc.

- The middle power (8kW) is intended for the frying of fresh food such as donuts, vegetables etc.
- The mini power (4kW) is meant to keep the oil hot while waiting for the next cooking.
