If any equipment you have purchased from us has arrived damaged or has become faulty, please contact us for prompt resolution either to book an engineer visit, arrange a warranty repair/replacement or to make a courier service insurance claim.

To assist you quickly, we will need to know:
1. Make & Model of the equipment
2. Serial No.
3. Date of Purchase and Proof of purchase (eg. Invoice No.)
4. Specific details of the fault
5. Address details where the equipment is located
6. Weekday access hours
7. Contact person name and telephone number

Please note engineer visits are only available where the equipment has been supplied with the manufacturers on-site warranty, otherwise a call out fee will be payable.

Warranty service will not apply where equipment has been subject to physical damage, misuse, modification, unauthorised tampering, or where equipment has become damaged following a power surge or power cut at your premises.

Most manufacturer service centres will first undertake a remote diagnosis by telephone before determining if an engineer visit is necessary.
